1.Can Daheng make design drawings? 
We offer project engineering services including mold flow analysis, CAD modeling, molding issue solutions support. 

2. What type of engineering files does Daheng accept for quoting?
We accept 3D CAD files in STL, STEP, IGES, x_t format. 2D drawings with reference dimensions in PDF format.Complete manufacturing information will be helpful to provide an accurate and timely quote.

3. How long does a quotation take?
In most cases, we respond within a couple of days of receiving an RFQ. If the quote is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.

4. What materials do you use to make mold? What materials do you use in injection molding? Can I use my own material? 
For mold making, we mainly use die steel and stainless steel, both of which have many models to choose from. Customer-supplied material is fine so long as it fits with our machine capabilities.
For injection molding production, commonly used plastic materials include ABS, PC, PE, PP, PU, PVC, Acetal, Acrylic. 

Customer-supplied material is acceptable.

5. What are your shipping terms?
Our standard terms are Ex Works (EXW). This means the customer is responsible for shipping, customs clearance and all other associated fees once the goods have left our premises.
For express shipments, we use Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means that the client is responsible for paying import duty when the goods arrive to your destination.

6.How do I pay you? Can my company get credit with Daheng?
Daheng accepts payment via bank to bank wire transfer.
